PDFForge is a free online PDF toolkit that provides browser-based tools for processing PDF files. All processing is performed locally in your web browser. The Service currently includes the following tools: Merge PDFs, Split PDF, Compress PDF, Rotate Pages, Remove Pages, Images to PDF, PDF to JPEGs, Crop PDF, Add Blank Pages, Edit Text / Watermark, Protect / Unlock PDF, and Reorder Pages.
The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising revenue from Google AdSense. We reserve the right to add, modify or remove tools and features at any time without notice.
You may use the Service for any lawful purpose. By using PDFForge, you agree that you will not:
The PDFForge name, logo, website design, layout, CSS, JavaScript source code and all original written content are the intellectual property of PDFForge. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by law.
The open-source libraries used by PDFForge (PDF.js, PDF-Lib, JSZip) are used in accordance with their respective open-source licences (Apache 2.0 and MIT). Their licences do not affect your rights with respect to the PDFForge website itself.
Your files — You retain full ownership of all PDF files and other documents you process using PDFForge. We make no claim on your files. Because processing happens locally in your browser, your files are never transmitted to us and we have no access to them.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PDFFORGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
PDF processing in a browser environment may occasionally produce unexpected results depending on your browser version, the complexity of the source file, and available device memory. Always verify the output file before relying on it for important purposes. We strongly recommend keeping a backup of your original files before processing them.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PDFFORGE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you in respect of any loss arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (which, since the Service is free, is zero).

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by PDFForge. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities or individuals or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that PDFForge shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.
PDFForge displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. By using the Service you acknowledge that advertising may be displayed on any page. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content of advertisements displayed on the Service. If you have a complaint about a specific advertisement, please report it to Google directly or contact us so we can investigate.
Ad blockers are not prohibited, but please consider whitelisting pdfforge.cc — advertising revenue is what keeps the tools free and the site available to everyone without subscriptions or paywalls.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
